Kayhan Binazir, PhD is a medical affairs professional with over 20 years experience from the lab, agency and pharma in-house time. He currently serves as a Global Medical Director at GSK.

Throughout his career Kayhan has focused on ensuring that science wins to help society.  His areas of expertise outside of neurology, rare disease, immunology and cardiovascular health have been in delivering creative and impactful educational initiatives to improve patient outcomes.  He is a keen advocate for health equity and patient engagement and sits on various committees focusing on patient involvement with science.

Before joining GSK, Kayhan held various positions in the pharmaceutical sector, contributing to pre-clinical research, marketing communications, and medical strategy. His comprehensive understanding of the industry and creative spirit have helped to pilot many new and innovative ideas in his career helping to guide teams through complex challenges and fostering innovation in healthcare solutions.
