Carl is Head of Media and Measurement at Direct Line Group, where he has been for 9 years, in his time there his role has grown from head of effectiveness (ROI led) to broader measurement – ensuring there is single view of truth when it comes to impact media investment has at DLG.
Prior to this he spent 8 years at effectiveness agencies, firstly at Mediacom and then working for (Doctor) Nick at Ebiquity .
As well as his role at DLG, Carl also heads up the Effectiveness group at ISBA & spends all of his free time following Charlton up and down the country
