At HSBC, my role as Global Head of Media leverages over two decades of expertise in paid media across both client-side and agency-side, encompassing a wealth of global experience in planning and buying across diverse markets across EMEA, The Americas, and APAC. 

Specialising in both financial services and fast-moving consumer goods, my approach has been pivotal in developing HSBC’s paid media strategy, ensuring the delivery of data-driven solutions that foster business growth, enhance customer loyalty, and amplify return on marketing investment.

Core to my professional ethos is the development of collaborative agency relationships with a commercial focus, a deep knowledge of marketing effectiveness, management of competitive multi-agency RFIs / RFPs, and astute contract negotiation. These competencies have been instrumental in driving both optimal media performance and cost-efficiency. 

My proficiency in marketing effectiveness and media reporting is evidenced by the introduction of paid media investment and performance platform, which has enabled media mix modelling for HSBC across global markets, all while championing change management and fostering very positive supplier relationships.
