Amina Folarin was appointed CEO of OLIVER’s UK Group in 2023, tasked with leading the business through its next stage of rapid growth.
This follows her five-year award-winning tenure at the helm of the company’s international HR operation as Chief Inclusion Officer and HR Director, where she grew the internal recruitment and DE&I teams, while securing a #40 spot on The Times’ Best Places to Work list.
With over 15+ years of experience in leadership roles, her expertise spans people transformation, inclusion and diversity, sustainability, and commercial management. And as trustee of Action Aid UK she understands the power of harnessing individuals around a collective purpose to create and embed change.
